Signature Series is made with the same care and attention as all my spindles, however, the Signature Series is made from the most pretty bits of wood i have, the downfall to those super pretty bits of wood is that they are usually very out of balance and need a lot more care and attention to get to the wobbleless spin i have for all my spindles. this means more of my time is needed and therefore i put more care and attention then usual. i also try to enhance the look if each spindle with the most special of inlays. Every Signature Series spindle will be the best spinning and best looking spindle i can make, if it has the Signature Series seal then you know you will be receiving something very special indeed.

This heirloom quality spinning tool is an original designed and made by Jory Freyee in the workshop of The Spindle Shop.

The spindle shaft is made from Dymondwood for strength, stability and long service life. The spindle tip is made from an insert of hard grade titanium for extreme long life. This design is very fast and light with an excellent spin and thin flicking tip.

Your spindle is finished to a smooth surface, polished with a french polish and then a final gloss of carnauba wax for a long lasting shine and protection.

The support tip has a fine smooth point for long spins. The flicking tip is slender and allows good speeds to be attained with ease. This spindle has a high speed spin, long sustain and excellent balance.

Your spindle is checked for quality and spin before despatch and comes with tip protectors.
